About Me

I've worked with over 750 Googlers  as the Nutritionist @Google where I provide individual and group coaching to Googlers, their family and friends   This has been a dream job for me!  It’s allowed me the platform to work with clients in a supportive and creative environment.  I have sharpened my nutrition and coaching skills by working with some of the smartest people in the world!   My specialties include getting to your healthy weight, sports nutrition and using nutrition to improve  wellness.   

 I’m always trying to think of new ways to bring better health to people through nutrition. I get some of my best inspiration on hikes around the hills of Los Gatos or traveling and exploring the Western US and beyond, Love my most recent trip into Sedona and Zion!  

I'm a California native and love all the nature that surrounds me from the Redwoods to the beaches.
