I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, which means I’ve done my homework and have spent years studying the science of nutrition.  I continue to increase my nutrition knowledge on a daily basis staying up to date on all the latest research.  Don’t select anything but the best for your health.

This website is packed full of nutrition news, recipes, cooking techniques, weight loss tips, and nutrition myth busting.  For those wanting a more personalized experience, I offer online and in person nutrition consults.

I’m currently the Nutritionist @Google and what I’ve learned is that smart people reach out for help, the earlier the better.  Many of my clients come to me after gaining the Google 15, and wish they would have seen me before the weight packed on.  You don’t have to be overweight or have a medical concern to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
